Class Description This Fall semester the Outdoor Program will host four Lead Climbing Clinics. This is your opportunity to take your climbing skills to the next level. Learn about clipping, lead belaying, falling, body movement and more in this two hour clinic.
Class Description Wake-up Yoga is a free drop-in group exercise class. Wake up your body, clear your mind, ignite your spirit. Learn how the breath can move energy through your body. Bring balance back into your life. This class will help to ease tension building in your muscles and joints without experiencing fatigue and overexertion.
We offer free Basic Skills classes to ensure all climbers utilizing the gym have access to proper instruction. Each class is limited to 6 participants. Be sure to arrive early to fill out your waiver and check out a harness from the equipment desk. During the summer you may ask the climbing attendant to teach a class. If the gym is not busy they may teach the class.
Each week the spa is drained, scrubbed down, and refilled to ensure cleanliness.
