Class Description Wake-up Yoga is a free drop-in group exercise class. Wake up your body, clear your mind, ignite your spirit. Learn how the breath can move energy through your body. Bring balance back into your life. This class will help to ease tension building in your muscles and joints without experiencing fatigue and overexertion.
We offer free Basic Skills classes to ensure all climbers utilizing the gym have access to proper instruction. Each class is limited to 6 participants. Be sure to arrive early to fill out your waiver and check out a harness from the equipment desk. During the summer you may ask the climbing attendant to teach a class. If the gym is not busy they may teach the class.
Each week the spa is drained, scrubbed down, and refilled to ensure cleanliness.
Class Description Cycle is a free drop-in group exercise class conducted on state-of-the-art stationary bikes. Ride through a variety of terrain such as fast flats, rolling hills, steady climbs, and much more. Reservations are recommended as class size is limited. To reserve your spot, call (208) 426-1131 or register online up to 24 hours before each class. Please limit reservations to yourself and a friend.
