Campus Recreation employs over 150 student and part-time staff each year. Not only do we seek employees who have specific talents and experience, but we also provide a training ground for students wishing to learn new skills. Jobs within the Campus Recreation department aim to promote student development as well to prepare student staff members for lifelong success and excellence.

Students hold front line positions in all departments of Campus Recreation. From facility managers to outdoor trip leaders, students take an active leadership role in Campus Recreation's diverse program areas including Facilities, Fitness Programs, Club Sports, Intramural Sports, and Outdoor Programs.

Campus Recreation strives to promote a sense of ownership and pride, not only professionally, but personally as well. We take pride in hiring outgoing, assertive individuals who are seeking an enriching and challenging employment experience.

There are many benefits Campus Recreation employees gain and use as tools in training. Skills learned in classes such as CPR and First Aid Certification are not only used on the job, but also make for lifetime learning.

In order to apply for employment with Campus Recreation you must attend one of the many information sessions we offer each semester. At the info session you will receive an application as well as learn about the different opportunities available with Campus Rec.The info session will explain the hiring process we use as well as review any available positions.
