Spring into Fitness!

We offer a diverse group of programs so that you can find your niche. Whether you like being part of a big group, working out one-on-one with a trainer, or prefer to go it alone, we've got something for you.

The Group Exercise schedule is perfect for those of you who like to attend a variety of classes and have fun while working out. The group atmosphere can really help to keep you motivated and on track.

Instructional classes are offered starting the second week of the semester and will add an extra challenge to your workout. These classes are progressive and participants remain the same which creates a great atmosphere and opportunity to advance as a class. Check out the website or fitness board for semester offerings.

Personal Training is a great way to get you started, get you focused, or give your workout a boost. Utilize our Fitness Testing programs to determine your fitness level and where to go from here.

Whatever sparks your interest we either have it or have staff who are knowledgable in the topic. Check out our instructor and trainer biographies and look through the following pages to find out more about all that we have to offer.
