The Fitness Program wants to keep you motivated and fit! We offer a diverse group of programs so that you can find your niche. Whether you like being part of a big group, working out one-on-one with a trainer, or prefer to go it alone, we've got something for you.
The Group Exercise and Instructional Programs are perfect for those of you who like the group environment. The group atmosphere can really help to keep you motivated and on track. Personal Training is a great way to get you started, get you focused, or give your workout a boost. Utilize our Testing and Training programs when you need a little push or want to refocus your efforts. Monthly Incentives keep you interested and working towards something different each month.
