Have you ever wanted to learn more about using TRX, or be pushed to the extreme in a Boot Camp Class? Our Fitness Instructional Program offers you that opportunity. The classes are designed to be progressive in nature, in the sense, that each class builds on the knowledge and training from the previous class. The instructors of these classes are trained professionals in their respective disciplines and are cognizant of the safety precautions necessary to minimize injury.
Classes vary from semester to semester and are open to everyone — you don’t have to be a member to take a class! We offer classes in a variety of fitness and sports activities, including: TRX, EmPower Boxing, triathlon training, swimming, and climbing.
This summer we are offering two 4-week programs (Session 1: June 3-26, Session 2: July 1-24).
