Instructional Fitness Program
Have you ever wanted to learn more about using TRX, or be pushed to the extreme in a Boot Camp Class or dance like a star with Hip-Hop Show? Our Fitness Instructional Program offers you that opportunity. The classes are designed to be progressive in nature, in the sense, that each class builds on the knowledge and training from the previous class. The Instructors of these classes are trained professionals in their respective disciplines and are cognizant of the safety precautions necessary to minimize injury.
Classes vary from semester to semester and are open to everyone -- you don't have to be a member to take a class! We offer classes in a variety of fitness and sports activities, including: Yoga Therapy, TRX, Bootcamp, Hip-Hop Show, Outside Tone and Ride, Ski-Conditioning, Tread & Track and others.
This summer we offer two 4-week programs (Session 1: June 4-28, Session 2: July 2-26). To find out what is currently being offered, select the 4-Week Session on the menu above our rotating picture.
Free Class Week
Free class week is not offered during the summer.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will only be issued if a class is canceled due to low enrollment.
