Personal fitness is something that is unique to every individual. Each person that participates in a fitness test will receive personalized results and given options on how to maintain or improve current fitness levels. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses in regard to fitness is important to determine a well balanced program. Testing is available for members and non-members.
