Mandatory Pre-Trip Meetings
Pre-trip meetings are mandatory for all participants. Meetings happen on the Wednesday night before the trip departs. They are held at 7:00pm in the Student Recreation Center Classroom. Pre-trip meetings are required to ensure that all participants are adequately prepared for the trip. Personal equipment lists and additional information are presented at pre-trip meetings.
In the event that participants do not have the important personal equipment needed for a trip, the Outdoor Program provides affordable rental equipment to all students. Participants who do not attend the pre-trip meeting will not be able to attend the trip, and will not receive a refund.
