Massage 101
In this interactive course participants will learn introductory skills necessary to give a relaxing, soothing, therapeutic massage. Topics of discussion will include environmental factors, massage flow and strokes, as well as tissue health.

Utilizing the reflexology chart, this class will discuss reflex points and teach techniques for common ailments soyou can help yourself with issues such as sinus congestion, heachaches, digestive problems and stress.
