Need some extra motivation this spring to meet your fitness goals?
Join in the Bronco Fitness Challenge.
The Fitness Staff at Campus Recreation will take you through a series of standardized fitness tests to determine your fitness baseline. Then you have seven weeks to make some positive changes! During those seven weeks all participants will have discounted services, challenges, tips and more through Campus Recreation to help stay on track with your fitness regimen. Come back for a post test at the end of the seven weeks to determine how much you’ve changed and our participants with the most change will win some big prizes!
Tests will include cardiovascular, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, body composition and core blood pressure. So come prepared to move!
Sign up at the front desk inside Campus Recreation. You can sign up in advance or sign up during the pre test session of your choice! We recommend you sign up for a specific time slot or but drop ins are welcome too.
Pre Test Sessions
- 1/17 11am-1pm
- 1/18 3-5pm
- 1/19 9-11am
- $5 without a body composition assessment
- $10 with a body composition assessment performed by a personal trainer
