  • Graduate Assistant, Fitness Programs

    Boise State University invites interested applicants for the position of Fitness Graduate Assistant to become a part of the Campus Recreation team as we build an engaged community that encourages healthy, active people and enhances student success. The Fitness Graduate Assistant is primarily responsible for working with the Coordinator of Fitness in the overall administration, supervision, and daily operations of a comprehensive Fitness Program. Major programming area responsibilities include general fitness, group exercise, personal training and educational workshops for students and members.

  • Graduate Assistant, Cycle Learning Center

    Preference will be given to applications received by February 1, 2019

    Boise State University’s Cycle Learning Center bike shop is inviting interested applicants to become part of their team that serves, educates and guides riders at their Gold level Bicycle Friendly University.  The Graduate Assistant will work with the Cycle Learning Center Coordinator in overseeing daily shop operations and programs. They will assist in the supervision of 12 student staff and manage operations of the retail floor, repair workshop, rental program, and new and used bicycle inventory.  There are opportunities to implement and lead activities such as public repair workshops, group rides, cycling 101 classes, and more. As the ridership of Boise State University grows and develops into a true bicycle culture, there are endless avenues to input creative programming that pertain to the world of cycling.
